Micheldever Tyres is undergoing a period of rapid expansion acquiring, on average, more than one new retail fitting facility per month. To support its growing size, it wanted a modern communications system capable of carrying converged voice and data with a sophisticated telephone system to ensure it never misses a sales call.
The Solution:
Their telephone system needed to channel calls through local numbers to people across all 42 local sites, acting as a single telephone system. This was coupled with inter-site call overflow and high-level functionality, usually only available to larger telephone systems.
