Back in December, TalkTalk Business launched the country's largest IT and telecoms study to find out what state companies' infrastructures are in and how that impacts on performance.
Working with IDG Global Solutions, we surveyed 200 senior decision makers to gain an insight into the issues impacting on the technical backbone of UK businesses, which allowed us to establish a Business Grade Benchmark based on the collected results.
That came back at 58 per cent, which suggests that most companies have a sound strategic grasp of their IT needs, but a reluctance to embrace the latest technologies could hold companies back.
