Service & Support Update

Your first line service support will continue to deal with all account administration including billing queries and account changes, line checks etc. This support will be provided by our own UK based business specialists.

All telephone systems support will be managed from the newly formed “Engineering Centre of Excellence” based in Gateshead. Utilising the skills and experience of the former Executel business, this will now be TalkTalk Business’s strategic knowledge hub for systems and unified communications.

Gateshead will also act as a new regional sales and account management hub for TalkTalk Business as we look to grow business in the North East from this strategic site.

Changes to be aware of from 31st October 2011

There will be some minor changes, including:

  • - Your contract has been transferred to TalkTalk Communications Limited trading as TalkTalk Business, but your terms and conditions will remain the same.
  • - Debit and payments beneficiaries have changed
  • - The style of the bill has changed and will be from TalkTalk Business
  • - Your next TalkTalk Business bill will be for OCTOBER usage and will be sent out on or around the 8th November. Payment will be required 14 days later. Bills going forward will drop on or around the 2nd of the month.
  • - Your account number has changed (and we will notify you in the welcome letter or any subsequent bill)
  • - Your customer service contact details have changed. Please refer to your welcome communication or subsequent bill.
  • - You will be now served under the TalkTalk Business brand

Important: Changes to billing, beneficiaries and payments

Billing

There will be a new style TalkTalk Business bill which you will receive on or around the same day of the month as your present Executel Ltd bill.  Please note, for administration purposes, the name of your product may change on your first TalkTalk Business Bill. This will not have any affect on the service that you receive.

Beneficiaries

We will transfer your contract from Executel Limited to TalkTalk Communications Limited trading as TalkTalk Business (Co. Reg. No. 03849133) 31st October 2011.No action will be required from you as a result of this and there will be no change to your existing terms and conditions.

Direct Debit Payments,br>
The good news is that you need take no action to continue receiving the benefits of Direct Debit. Please be assured this change will not affect the service you receive in any way. TalkTalk Business will now collect your Direct Debit from 31st October 2011.

Please also note that from 31st October 2011, your new customer reference will change as this will be indicated in your welcome letter or any subsequent bill.

Should you wish to query any Direct Debit with your bank/building society or TalkTalk Business please quote our name and the new reference.

Cheque PaymentsIf you currently pay by cheque, please make all cheque payments now to TalkTalk Business, PO Box 908, Camberley GU15 9BT or utilise the freepost envelope that will be enclosed with your next bill.

Please mark your new customer reference, on the back of your cheque and include on the giro slip.
