When you register for information or place an order with TalkTalk Business, we may need to collect certain information in order to provide the information you have requested or to process your order. Where you have been introduced to TalkTalk Business by an authorised dealer of TalkTalk Business you agree that TalkTalk Business and your dealer shall be entitled to view your account information from time to time for the purposes of maintaining your account and improving the services we provide to you.
If you do not become our customer or if your application is declined we will continue to hold information about you for such periods as we determine for the purpose of dealing with enquiries, complying with any legal obligation and for crime and fraud prevention and detection.
If you request it, on payment of a fee, which is currently £10, we will provide you with a copy of the personal information to which you are entitled that we hold about you.
The information we hold about you is confidential. We will only disclose it outside the TalkTalk Group:
- to provide the services you have asked for;
- as part of the process of selling one or more of our businesses;
- to provide information for legal or regulatory purposes;
