Attitudes towards hosted technology have changed dramatically over the past year, but there's still work to be done for partners to make the most of the options.
The recent TalkTalk Business-sponsored channel cloud survey in Comms Business magazine showed that hosted propositions are considered to be the top revenue driver for two-in-five (41 per cent) resellers – double the figure from last year (21 per cent).
Whilst four-in-five (83 per cent) recognise that the cloud poses huge opportunities for their business, somewhat worryingly, cloud offerings makes up less than ten per cent of their portfolio, suggesting that more resellers need educating about the benefits.
