A report has indicated that small businesses need to do more to increase energy efficiency levels and they can help meet their targets by opting for hosted solutions.
Ahead of Earth Day on 22nd April, the Eurobarometer survey discovered that fewer than a quarter of SMEs in Europe are "actively engaged" in helping the environment, despite being responsible for around two-thirds of industrial carbon emissions.
When asked why there was such a low take up in green solutions being used, over half of those questioned cited financial reasons, but that needn't be an issue if they opted for hosted solutions for TalkTalk Business and the environmental savings could be just as great.
