  • How long will it take to switch to TalkTalk Business?

    After choosing your package you can expect your service to typically 'go live' within 2 weeks.

  • Will there be any 'downtime' when I join TalkTalk Business?

    You should experience little or no downtime during the switchover. We will keep you up to date with the latest progress and let you know when you're going to be offline. This shouldn't be more than a couple of hours on the day of the switchover.

  • Will my line rental switch to TalkTalk Business?

    We switch your line rental to TalkTalk Business, so you'll only get one bill each month. Once your new service is active we will bill you for both your line rental and calls. Your previous provider will then send you a credit for any unused line rental you've already paid for. We will take responsibility for your line although we still use experienced BT Openreach engineers for any faults.

  • What happens if I am still in contract with another provider?

    You will probably be charged a cancellation fee by your current provider for leaving your contract. Please consult the terms and conditions of your contract when leaving your current provider.

  • I have an alarm system that uses my phone line. Can I join TalkTalk Business?

    Most alarm systems are compatible with the TalkTalk Business network. We will check this with you when placing your order.

  • I have Featureline on my line, can I join TalkTalk Business?

    In most cases you can switch to TalkTalk Business. We will check this with you when placing your order.

  • What do I need to join TalkTalk Business?

    You will need your bank or building society account number and sort code to set up your Direct Debit.

    Free Premise moves (Complete Only) – upto two within a 12 month period are allowed free of charge.

    • Anonymous Caller Reject - £2.12 a month
    • Elect to Reject - £4.00 a month
    • Remote divert & Call Minder Plus - £2.50 a month
    • Reminder Call - 55p a month and 15.3p a call
    • 3 Way Calling - 55p a month and 38p a call
    • Ring Back - 55p a month and 7.6p a call
