^ - A Caller Display Phone is required.  Products not compatible with Line Extras: BT Featureline, BT Redcare, BT Payphone, Broadband with a 3rd Party supplier and Alarm Line.

Switching your business call package to TalkTalk Business is easy

Once we have received your order, your service will be transferred in around 15 days. And we’ll take care of everything for you - including contacting your old supplier.

We will confirm the exact day of your switchover, where you will experience a short period of downtime: this could be up to 20 minutes for making calls and up to 4 hours for receiving calls.
