Call blocking queries
At TalkTalk we take the security of our customers very seriously. We may block calls and stop certain telephone numbers calling our customers where we have concerns that they may be scam or nuisance calls. We are also required by law to block invalid telephone numbers that you cannot call.
If you have tried to call one of our customers on more than one occasion and you think your call has been incorrectly blocked then get in touch with us at CLIQuery@talktalkplc.com. We need you to tell us the number you were trying to dial and the reason you think your number should not be blocked. We’ll then investigate the matter and let you know the outcome.
Any personal data provided by you will only be used to resolve the query, to find out more about how we process and protect personal data, please view our Privacy Policy.
Please be aware that if you hear the message “the person you are calling has blocked your number”, we will not unblock your number. This is because our customer may have blocked your number on our callsafe platform.
