The challenge

To achieve both a flexible working model and continuous refinement of its security, Go Inspire’s IT team needed to manage and maintain any business service remotely from a single platform, and required greater control of the company’s IT estate. The team selected Microsoft Endpoint as its preferred solution, but Go Inspire needed an IT partner they could trust to ensure the planning and technical elements were correct, and to oversee deployment, as well as provide ongoing support. Go Inspire reached out to TalkTalk Business for a solution.

The solution

TalkTalk Business optimised and delivered Microsoft’s Endpoint Manager and Intune console, which combined endpoint security, device management and intelligent cloud actions in one platform. Staff could work from wherever they wanted while staying fully secure, with best practice compliance in place.

The outcome

The implementation of the Microsoft platform has delivered everything it needed – security, compliance and a smooth transition to hybrid working. And the aim now is to rollout the process to every user and device, to give the IT team increased control over its digital estate and become a more agile business.
