i90 is an IT consultancy, providing support and maintenance to businesses in the North East. Owner, James, splits his time working from home and delivering on-site support to clients.
Due to lockdowns, James was working from home all the time and relied on his internet connection to complete his work. And because his clients needed to set up their own remote working models, he was busier than ever too.
Working from home exclusively presented challenges, but James was no stranger to remote working and his existing connectivity was just about sufficient for his business needs. But with his teenage sons at home sharing the same connection, James needed a high-bandwidth solution to support their streaming and online gaming, as well as his growing business requirements.
As an IT advisor, James had set up several of his own clients with TalkTalk Business, so he knew about our robust, resilient connectivity and business-grade service.
He ordered a 200mb/1gb dedicated leased line, that was more than enough to accommodate the latest bandwidth-intensive ways of working while giving his family unrestricted internet access.
