What is Hosted Voice?
Hosted Voice is a flexible, resilient way to keep your workforce connected across multiple sites, or whilst on the move. It relieves you of managing an on-site server and all the equipment and expense that come with it.
Hosted Voice also offers you total flexibility, ideal for a growing business with 5 or more phone users and is perfect for keeping up to date with technology. The real beauty is that it gives you the same functionality as a traditional PBX system with features like Auto Attendant and Voicemail to email. Not only that, but with one single supplier and a transparent price per-user, management is really simple.
In fact, Hosted Voice enables users to seamlessly switch from one device to another, with video conferencing and video calling from any location. This ability to work-anywhere reduces travel costs and promotes productivity by giving employees greater flexibility at work.
We have a full, published SLA for the service including an 8 hour fix (It excludes connectivity and customer on-premise equipment).
A team of dedicated professionals will ensure you to get the most out of our Hosted Voice service. Front-line support is provided by our 600 strong, UK based customer service team. They’re on hand for day-to-day advice and assistance. For a fast response to issues on the ground, our local engineers are ready to handle volumes and systems of all sizes, including Mitel, Avaya and Microsoft.
Co-ordinating operations and providing the very latest knowledge in VoIP and Hosted Voice is the Engineering Centre of Excellence, our technology hub for sales support, provisioning and solution management. This multi-layered team is here to ensure your solution works seamlessly and reduce your management resource through collaborative partnership. The team’s continuous accreditations in Microsoft Lync and Mitel Unified Communications back our specialist understanding of PBX solutions and unified messaging.
Hosted Voice is available on 12 or 36 month contracts.
